Does the session include a visit to the home?+
No. The session is always online. We work with the photos, approximate plans and information you send us beforehand.
Can you detect hidden defects or the condition of the services without visiting?+
We can't certify it without an in-person visit. We give you an indicative assessment based on the available documentation and tell you which points should be checked on site before signing.
What do I need to send before the session?+
Photos of the home, approximate plans (even the ones from the listing) and an idea of what you want to achieve or your list of requirements.
What happens if I end up buying the home?+
Nothing changes on our side: you leave with all the information to negotiate and decide with confidence, whether you buy it or not.
Can I then hire you for the renovation?+
